I don’t know what happened with the sizing on this, but it was not true to size at all. The fit felt really weird, and it was frustrating because I expected it to fit normally. Definitely not what I was hoping for

I had to exchange it for a different size, and the process was sorta easy overall. It took a few days to hear back, but everything got sorted out fine in the end.

I ordered a shirt and the site made it seem like it would ship quickly, but then it just sat there for days with barely any update. I had to keep checking on it myself, which got annoying.
When it finally showed up, the shirt was totally fine, so it’s not even about that. The slow shipping just kind of took the excitement out of it, and for the price, I expected the whole process to be a bit smoother

My order showed up with a small issue, so I shot bode an email not really knowing if I’d get any real help. But they replied way faster than I expected and didn’t hit me with those boring copy-paste answers, which was a nice surprise.

It took a few days to fully get sorted, but they kept me in the loop the whole time and got it fixed in the end. Gotta say, I’m happy with how they handled it

Customer service did get back to me, so that helped a bit, but by then I was already frustrated. For the prices, I just feel like the return policy should be much easier to understand.

I like a bunch of the stuff on Bode, honestly. The clothes look good and the site is easy enough to poke around on. But yeah, the sizing situation is kind of annoying. Like, I’ll find something I actually want, then the normal sizes are already gone. Restocks aren’t super obvious either, so you’re just kind of guessing or checking back whenever. Overall it’s fine, I just wish buying the thing I want wasn’t such a hassle.

The patterns and little details feel really original, kind of vintage but still easy to actually wear. Some of the pieces are definitely on the expensive side, but it feels like there’s real thought behind the designs. The site was easy to use too, so overall I’m happy with it

I really like Bode because their limited pieces feel different from what you see at regular shops. My only regret is not checking more often because the good sizes seem to sell out so fast. Still, I’ve had a good experience overall and I’ll definitely keep an eye on new drops.
